• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Certain collections are offered as pre-orders.

Pre-order items are produced after the pre-order period closes and may require additional production time.

Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Delays

HNR is not responsible for delays caused by:

• UPS

• FedEx

• Weather conditions

• Carrier service interruptions

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, HNR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders over $150 ship FREE within the United States.
