If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Delivery Delays

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, HNR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
